We are growing and looking for a Marketing Specialist with 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial marketing to join our team to help us in our overall marketing efforts.
Chalfant markets to engineers, electrical contractors, and electrical distributors.
In this position, you will work closely with the marketing and product management teams to create a multi-channel marketing strategy, manage our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns, and conduct complex data analyses that will be used to inform strategic decisions by stakeholders from across the company.
Experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns across different platforms.
Capable of conducting market research to gather insights and identify marketing opportunities.
Ability to develop engaging and persuasive content for various marketing mediums.
Skills in SEO and keyword research for the creation of optimized content.
Should be well-versed with digital marketing tools and platforms like Hootsuite, MailChimp, and Buffer.
Knowledge and understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) techniques are crucial.
This includes keyword research, understanding Google algorithms, and utilizing organic and paid methods for improving web visibility.
Proficiency in using Google Analytics is key.
This includes the ability to setup and track metrics, create and review reports, and understand website traffic patterns to identify opportunities for improvement.
Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau or SAS to parse through complex data sets, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Experience with email marketing systems like Mailchimp or Constant Contact for creating email marketing campaigns, measuring their success, and optimizing based on the outcomes.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
3-5 years' experience in a Marketing Specialist or similar role.
Prior experience with digital marketing tools and techniques.
