Role & Accountability:
The work entails the operation of light manufacturing equipment/tools, along with cutting, general assembly, packing and inspection.
Standard work and standard product quality are established for all jobs.
Work instructions are provided in the form of standard work that includes detail instructions, process flow, material flow, information flow and established cycle times.
Team members are trained and can further develop their skills through cross-training in other departments and in-house learning.
Performance is measured against daily production targets and product quality standards.
Manufacturing Departments:
We operate 8 departments in manufacturing:
Downpacking - re-packaging of various products Extrusion - extruding wax, cutting, packing Flaker - flaking & beading wax Injection - injecting jewelry & dental waxes Machinable - machining wax Processor - wax tank blending & batching Repro - batching & canning polyurethane products Sheetwax - rolling, gluing, cutting, packing Performance Criteria:
We take an objective approach to evaluations by quantifying work performance.
We conduct annual performance appraisals, along with a detailed individual development plan (IDP).
We also conduct a formal mid-year review to assess progress.
In addition to productivity and product quality, we also recognize other aspects of work, which are outlined below with their corresponding value.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
