Responsible for coordinating APQP process and procedures.
Key Accountabilities:
Responsible for tooling design to produce parts that meet customer requirements, which includes communication with customer concerning engineering issuesManage documents & forms, which include work orders, routings, ECNs and bill of material to comply with QS proceduresResponsible for coordinating APQP process and procedures relative to individual projects, including FEMA, flow diagram and control planResponsible for keeping project on schedule to insure timely production start-up and delivery of parts to customerCoordinate communications and activity of Die Shop, Quality & Production through various stages of developmentAssist tool room personnel with troubleshooting production tooling that develops problems or fails and review parts for marks or folding to identify problemsProblem Solving:
Troubleshooting tooling that develops problems or fails and evaluating stamped partsIf die breaks - may need repair or may require possible redesignAs problems develop with tooling, may look for fatigue in certain sections and wearParts will reveal folds or marks, which may indicate a problem with the dieHuman Relations Skills:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
