Planner/Scheduler (Manufacturing Environment)

Great company in the Avon area is currently looking to hire an individual with Planning and Scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment! This position pays $15 to $19 per hour to start with amazing growth potential!!
Basic Function:
Professionally and effectively provide direction, support and sense of urgency to ensure work cell commitments are met while confirming customer requirements will be achieved in support of Company Objectives for Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
Responsibilities:
Utilize System Reports, MRP and Replenishment system to plan work orders to support manufacturing demand as driven by customer delivery requirements.
Utilize System Reports and Replenishment system to schedule and prioritize work cell demand as driven by customer delivery requirements.
Monitor work cell performance and expedite orders as necessary to meet production due dates.
Identify actual and potential delivery problems, taking proactive steps to negate risks while communicating concerns from work cell Leads, Manufacturing Engineers, Supervisors to appropriate department managers.
Work closely with Inventory Control Manager and Shipping / Warehouse Manager on inventory discrepancies and customer expedite requests.
Work with Manufacturing Engineering to identify capacity constraints and develop/implement risk mitigation plans.
Elevate and Expedite other concerns that affect a work cells ability to meet production due dates such as tooling concerns, Maintenance needs and support from Quality or Engineering as needed.
Identify, implement and maintain an effective plant wide capacity planning and scheduling system.
Work closely with Inventory Control Manager to improve routings as required.
Maintain key performance indicators to measure progress toward goals.
Keep work area clean and organized.
Perform all other duties as assigned in support of overall company objectives.
Experience:
Three (3) years of manufacturing experience.

Position Reports to: Materials Manager

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
