Shift: 2nd Shift

Pay rate:
Entry level $12.50 /hour
experience could pay up to $15.00 /hour

Job Function:
This position is primarily responsible for operating various induction hardening heat treat equipment used to alter physical and chemical properties of metal objects to company methods, processes and specifications.

Duties and Responsibilities (included but not limited to):
Responsible for setting up and operating various induction heat treat equipment including stress relieving oven.
Inspection of parts run which include hardness, depth of hardness and checking for indications by using dye penetrant.
Records finding on inspection reports. Uses and maintains various inspection instruments.
Keeps equipment and work area clean and orderly.
Steel toed shoes and ANSI approved safety glasses with side shields must be worn at all times.
Performs continuous improvement (lean) activities as may be assigned or required.
Performs first piece inspection for other operators if required.
Performs other duties and assignments as scheduled and/or required.


Requirements/Qualifications
A high school diploma or the equivalent.
A solid understanding of Heat Treat Operation.
Six (6) months of manufacturing experience with a basic knowledge of production machinery.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, process drawings, instructions and technical data.
Must have ability to stoop, bend, and lift up to fifty (50) pounds.
Forklift experience required.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
