Also, is expected to provide value to the customers in theassigned sales territory.  Essential Functions Deliver profitable revenue growth and achieve stated gross margin targets as a percentage of sales. Serve as the primary team contact for assigned products and projects Creating effective team growth and sales management plan to ensure appropriate customer coverage and time for new business development activity in conjunction with sales manager Coordinate Product/Pricing Support and Training Identify and Coordinate strategic sales projects for the team Providing feedback for the creation of appropriate marketing and sales promotions; executing and tracking promotions Meeting assigned KPI's and outbound activity efforts, including telesales calls and new opportunity development Approach customers with a high degree of professionalism and effectiveness by successful utilization of selling skills and sales tools, assist with collecting ARs, and avoidance of bad debts Maintain accurate and frequent customer and seller opportunity information within internal systems such as company ERP and CRM Exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to specific selling activities. These include, but are not limited to, products from all PolyOne's business units. Work as an individual contributor, as part of the greater sales team, to maintain and grow direct sales territory Work both directly and cooperatively with channel partners to close business based oncustomer's purchasing requirements. May be necessary to travel to maintain and grow assigned accounts. Serve as the primary company contact for assigned accounts. May be required to participate and serve as a company representative in market and customer-facing events, such as tradeshows, key customer visits and other promotional settings. As a sales team leader, contributes to the team's planning of both long- and short-term business objectives. This will include periodic and annual sales forecasts, as well as assisting in the setting of sales goals. As an individual and sales team member, contributes to the company's planning of both long- and short-term business objectives specific to a sales territory. This will include periodic and annual sales forecasts, as well as the setting of sales goals. Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, marketing or sales. At least three years of prior experience and demonstrated success in a sales role; prior telesales experience strongly preferred. Completion of formal sales training program preferred. Experience leading a managing others preferred Thorough knowledge and understanding of the sales cycle; knowledge of selling best practices and techniques; Efficiency and accuracy utilizing internal IT systems. Strong motivation for sales results and career mobility Experience using a CRM system Professional presence, including excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills Critical thinking skills in translating customer needs into solutions Ability to be learn, understand and communicate technical and clinical aspects of product line; ability to drive profitable sales growth via active tele selling; ability to manage a sales pipeline and effectively close customers. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
